One month in, and 2016 is not off to the best start.
In a word, I bit off more than I could chew. I tried to do too much, filling my days with task after task only to be left with no time, no energy and no motivation to do it again tomorrow. Within just a few days I basically abandoned everything I set out to do.

This is pretty simple, really: we want the best body we can have. If our joints and muscles are healthy, if our immune system is strong, if we avoid carrying excess body fat, our lives will be so much richer and easier than if the opposite were the case. Nothing is more important than our health. That said, trying to pin down the ‘best body’ can be murky and subjective, but we can gain some insight I believe by looking at some generalities.
